Can I request a VAT invoice?

As a Dutch company, we can only issue VAT (21%) invoices to Dutch companies and European Union companies without EU VAT exemption. All other companies will be issued a 0% VAT invoice.
All Dutch and European Union individuals will be issued a VAT (21%) included invoice. All non European Union individuals will be issued a 0% VAT invoice.
